I need a circuit diagram for a Heart Interface Freedom 25 24V 230V Inverter Charger. Specifically: Over voltage from AC Diesel Generator has burnt out the transformer mosfet drivers. I can replace these but need to know identify the transistors that drive the gates of these mosfets. They are labelled as Q45 to Q48. They appear to be in 2 pairs probably one pair per low voltage winding. I believe they look identical devices so probably the same component/transistor? No markings on them. No idea whether NPN or PNP or gain, voltage ratings etc. Probably low voltage DC. Anyone got any info on these components or FR25 circuit diagram for main PCB?
The Inverter Charger dates back to pre Xantrex days when they were being manufactured by Heart Interface. Alternatively, anyone know of any complete boards for these? Any help appreciated. Thanks. John

Check with BR Wholsale, Marshall Mi or Marysville Marine, Marysville, MI they do some service work and may have additonal insight on how to resolve or find parts.
First of all it is possible that the is no power going into the inverter,trace the input source to see if the connection from the generator is ok. check the fuse if it is broken if not, the contactor or switching relay in the inverter is bad
The fan can be replaced. It is very similar to some of the PC cooling fans. I've got the same problem (again) and will be replacing it soon. I will give you the fan specs once I remove my fan ( I think it is 4" 120VAC - will let you know when I repair mine).
1997 monoco dynasty and the invorter heart interface freedom model 20 the problem we are having is the we don't get any powere from the electric outlet and the lights don't work and there is a reading in side on wall that tells you about your electricity and it reads overload my # 817-614-7576 donna
