    Have a delongi 7qt. Stove top multirapid stainless steel pressure cooker have lost manual. Has gauge on top. D///1/2/3. Theses should be pressure or heat but I don't know what highest to lowest is.

I found it! I have a 12 qt Mirro Pressure Canner/Cooker. Someone has downloaded the original instruction booklet in a PDF format online that includes the recipes. This recipe booklet is for all Mirro Pressure Canner/Cookers. It's a 25 page booklet that would be best printed on both sides of the paper if you have that kind of printer. Don't worry about finding pages 4 & 5. They are blank anyway.

Scroll down to "Mirro Pressure Canners and click on: "Click here for a Mirror Pressure canner manual." They spelled Mirro with a r but it's just a typo.

I have a 12 qt. used Mirro pressure canner The pressure valve is round and has no numbers on it. How do I determine how much pressure when in use ? It did not come with a manual.
There is a round, rather heavy metal cap sort of thing that fits on the pressure stem and regulates the pressure. Most of the canners have one that can be rotated to different holes for different pressures. You can replace this here

Look under pressure regulators. You might also consider replacing the rubber gasket. Your model number is probably engraved on the bottom of the pan.

However, you will need the model number of the pressure cooker which might be on the bottom of the pan. The number you listed is the pressure regulator, not the pressure cooker.

You should never go above the 10 lbs pressure during canning. The manual recommends that you prepare the pressure cooker with 1 qt of water and 1 Tbsp of vinegar then set the unit to 5 lbs. Let the unit cool and then repeat at 10 lbs to learn how to maintain the pressure of the pressure cooker. See page 25 (page 24 of the PDF).
