The Lenovo Y400 laptop turned off suddenly when i am using my laptop. After that, the laptop can not be turned on again. I am watching youtube videos and checking my email at the same time.

That is because of window's limitations. Since you only have a 32-bit operating system installed, windows can only physically see a little over 3 GB of memory. The only way you can see that other memory is by installing either XP or Vista 64-bit operating system. Oh and please give this solution a fixya rating; I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
Your best bet would be to call Lenovo I think thats IBM, And they have a recycle program where they get computers that don't work anymore and you may be able to buy one from the manufacturer sent to your door for the cheapest price around with a warranty all the remaned are tested and checked before there sold
