Double check your inputs on the denon some are assignable, Check cables for looseness hdmi cables are prone to this since they are digital. make sure tv is on the right input and if it is try changing it to a different input "sometimes inputs/outputs go bad"

I am trying to connect ps3. (bought may 2012 with uncharted 3). To my denon 2313 via hdmi. No video at all or sound? Please help

You need to tell the PS3 to use the HDMI cable output. To test have you tried connecting the PS3 directly to the TV. Once you have that working then add in the AVR.

Greetings- my denon avr2802 is connected to ps3 for blu ray movies, games and music. The ps3 image goes directly to tv with hdmi and sound from ps3 goes to the denon using digital audio cable. Sound for...

Set the receiver for auto audio input - I think that you are getting caught out between MPEG and DTS audio. If you have the wrong one for the audio source then you hear nothing.

How can i connect Nintendo wii to avr-590. Have

To connect a Nintendo Wii to an AVR-590, I am assuming this is a Denon Receiver, you will need to connect the Nintendo Wii to the TV, then connect audio out from the TV to the AVR-590 Receiver, and select the receiver to be in Pro Logic. Depending on the TV, if you have fiberoptic output on the TV, you would hook a fiberoptic out from the TV to the AV Receiver, but you will still not get true Dolby Digital, just Dolby Pro Logic. This will be the most effective way to solve the problem. Hope This Helps

Denon AVR-3806 keeps losing video signal. The audio signal is still good. What could be the problem?

If your using HDMI, pull it from the receiver and run directly to the TV, then run optical or digital coaxial to your receiver. It's referred to in the industry as a "Handshake" issue. It has to do with firmware and hardware of your receiver and continuous ridiculous updates from the recording industry to protect copyright. Hope this helps. If you still have issues, post a comment and I will help you troubleshoot further.

I am having troubling hooking up my PS3 to my denon AVR-1907 receiver. I am using the PS3 component inputs and hooking them up to the "VCR" input.

Connect your component cable to the PS3 OUTPUT (there is no input) and connect that to the component IN on your receiver.

Need help connecting PS3 to my Denon AVR-3801

You could try sticking a vcr/dvd player in between the connections and using those input/outputs instead.

No sound when ps3 is hooked up to a denon avr 1609

The 1609 only has video on the HDMI. No audio comes through the HDMI cables. Hook up an optical cable between your ps3 and the receiver and you should be good to go.
