Hi, my son got a Bench Watch BC0013BR for Christmas and there are no setting instructions for it. I have trawled the internet to no joy and even contacted the manufacturers for help. No help there either. Please can you help?

I have a problem with the alarm, it's beeping every day at the same time (midnight) and I can't stop it. Maybe someone know how to turn it off becouse it's **** me off and my flat mates to.

Once you keep your finger on the light button you should hear a beep and the 24HR starts flashing, then use the two buttons on the left hand side to move up or down (though only 12HR or 24HR choices), once your happy with 12HR or 24HR, then hit the mode button to move to the next item to change - again two buttons on left of watch are used to go up or down, and again hit mode button to move to next choice. Once you're happy with all the settings hit the light button again and that should be you.

Though I did not ask for this initially, however, reading this really helped.
Thank you very much, it worked very well and quite straight forward.
    God bless.

Press the mode button till you reach alm (alarm) then press and hold the light button till the watch beeps. Next either set the time using the buttons on the right hand side and mode to set the hours then press light button to save or simply press start button whilst on the alarm page. To toggle alarm 'on' or '--' (off).

My son has this watch and loves it EXCEPT for the fact that the alarm comes on and goes off every minute for 30 minutes. How can he make it stop?

You can get instructions from the Citizen web site.

Go to "citizen.com" and on the upper right there is a menu. Click on "technical
support" and then on "setting instructions"

Fill in the information required from the back of your watch and then click on
"get setting instructions"

Bench Watch BC0013BR display problem

There may be two batteries in your watch - one for backlight and another for movement. Check this out at your nearest watch repair shop and replace if needed. Alternatively you can do it yourself if you have knowledge and skills.

The user guide is wrong

I have a Theorema Parago Automatic through not wearing it regularly it sometimes stops. Winding it wouldn't solve the problem and I couldn't find a solution either on the Theorema site or online so through a series of self help efforts the following is the solution for this watch 1 Set the watch to the correct time date day etc. 2 Wind the watch using the side winder for about 40 revolutions in clockwise rotation 3 Hold the watch in your right and strike it firmly into the stiff palm of your left hand. This gives the winding mechanism a shark shock and kicks it back into life. The watch then works away without a problem.
