Yes timing is everything with motors if the cylinder isn't firing at the right time all u are doing is filling the cylinder with raw fuel and dumping it into exhaust un burned it can eventually ruin you're catalytic converters also, get it professionally timed you're truck will run like a champ, unles u already caused damage.

1. (F11, 12 & 13) Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power.

replace the egr valve unit.make sure u do not have a vacuum leak in the line that lead in and out of the EGR unit.the egr controls how much fuel to dump into the injectors depending on the vacuum pressure in its system.sometime to much fuel sometimes to little fuel.

just put code 1, and press ok. thats all.:D

pls check ur machine ros assembly unit. i think the ros assay geting dust or its geting failed.
