CANON IR2016 i HAVE MULTIPLE ERRORS IN MY IR 2016 COPIER LIKE E007,E001,E808,PAPER JAM OPEN LEFT COVER WHEN TRY TO USE DRAWER CAN'T LIFT THE PAPER FROM DRAWER ETC

hi . be sure there is no paper jam inside the machine . turn off and on if problem persist maybe some of the flag sensors maybe stuck.

i have canon ir2016 photocopier machine and its given me system error, and the error code is E007. i now when its happen so, its the fuser film that is worn out. i change the fuser and fix a new one but still the error is there. what should i do next to clear the error?

the e001 code is something is going with the fixing assembly. one of the thermistors could be going bad.

E808 is a Zero Cross error. We most commonly see power supplies or bad wall voltage cause this code.

The following information is coppied from the IR2016 Service Manual.

E808-0000 DRIVE CIRCUIT FAILURE
A zero crossing signal cannot be detected.
A fixing drive motor failure has been detected.

E808 0000 Fixing drive circuit failure

• The heater does not turn on.
• A fixing drive motor failure was detected.
• Check the connector of the fixing film unit.
• Replace the fixing film unit.
• Replace the fixing drive motor.
• Replace the DC controller PCB.
• Replace the power supply PCB.

i have canon Ir2016 it give 808 error code can u help me please

i think the jam in the Fixing/Fuser Assy.? Because a E007 is related to a non-detection of the Fixing Film/Upper Roller not spinning correctly. Please check the condtion of your Film also check the green handle in this area for paper jam removal if it is broken or removed, may also cause this error. it error code means fuser unite problem please change fuser unite then solve your problem
