Hi , Some short circuit took place somewhere . Have your pc controlled by a qualified technician . Ask for specifications before repair . Best regards , fanaudi .
I have published some guides and I have posted them below, go through them, they will help you a great deal.
I have had the same thing happen to me, try every-thing you can as described in the guides. Maybe there is some-thing new to try.
If all else fails then the best bet is to get warranty support for your computer mainboard. Your mainboard is the most probable cause of system failure.
It sounds like some-thing is overheating, an over stressed power supply or poor ventilation could be your problem.
See your power supply is Max 300W that's peak not continuous power output. I think it will only be able to continuously output around 250W of power. Which is below specifications for your computer mainboard.
The Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus range of Power supply's are an excellent choice.
I would recommend a 460Watt with 120mm fan at least.

You got a bad flash. You need to have the original bios firmware from the motherboard official support website.
You need to restore it using the DOS base method. Make a start-up disk and put there the bios firmware. Insert the disk when you turn on your computer.
Sounds like its running hot, check that all fans are working and fan slotes / CPU cooler isnt clogged, You do not mention 3DFX card, ??getting hot also.
It would seem that you posted twice, pls see you other post.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
