Is it regarding to your desktop screen all black(black desktop)?

then it might be a genuine OS issue. to fix that you should enter a valid license. hope this help.

I don't think it's corrupt bios, maybe a virus or malware.
But if you can go to the computers maker website and download bios and install them the way they tell you to install them.
