Trying to get free download called JETPACK HEROES

Note: If you are using a computer (desktop or laptop) or a tablet for PvZ, if you have not yet done so, before trying to download the update, disable both the anti-virus auto-protect and the firewall. Be sure to enable them both after the download attempt (which I hope will be successful.)

It always helps to provide the Make and Model of Jetpack you are having issues with. Most Jetpacks have a reset button normally located under the back cover that you can hold down for 10 seconds with a paperclip to reset. You can also look at power management settings by logging into the admin page by typing 192.168.1.1 or my.jetpack in your address bar.
