Have you put your heaset in paring mode prior to trying to pair it with your phone (or computer, or any other bluetooth enabled device)? If not, start with it turned off. Then, press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit. It is in pairing mode now. Make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the WEP200 should appear on-screen. Make it connect. If a paring code (or PIN, or passkey) is required, enter '0000' (four zeros).
Hope it works for you.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Regards, Carlos

I put in the passcode 0000 and it still say the passcode is mismatched. wat should mi do now....

i'm assuming your device is picking up the headset just not accepting the code.

has the device ever been linked to another before? Motorola headsets are/were known for only being able to sync to one item.

Forgot my passcode

Bad News... you may have to Restore from iTunes. Here is some info from the users manual:
Passcode Lock By default, iPhone doesn’t require you to enter a passcode to unlock it. Set a passcode: Choose General > Passcode Lock and enter a 4-digit passcode, then enter the passcode again to verify it. iPhone then requires you to enter the passcode to unlock it or to display the passcode lock settings.
Turn passcode lock off: Choose General > Passcode Lock, enter your passcode, and tap Turn Passcode Off, then enter your passcode again. Change the passcode: Choose General > Passcode Lock, enter your passcode, and tap Change Passcode. Enter your passcode again, then enter and reenter your new passcode.
If you forget your passcode, you must restore the iPhone software. See “Updating and Restoring iPhone Software” on page 204.
Set how long before your passcode is required: Choose General > Passcode Lock and enter your passcode. Tap Require Passcode, then select how long iPhone can be idle before you need to enter a passcode to unlock it.

My phone always says "passcode mismatch" whenever I try and bluetooth, how do I resolve this problem?

Are you entering the passcode on your phone or the other device. If it's your phone, make sure you use the PIN that you entered on the first device. When using headsets, the PIN should be written in the documentation somewhere. If you are trying to enter the PIN on another device when connecting to your phone, then make sure you enter in the same code into your phone, then into the other device. If your phone never asks for a PIN first, then check your Bluetooth or Connectivity settings and make sure you know and are using the same code as there. Hope this helps...

What does it mean when i get password mismatched in the Bluetooth pass code?

password are for security and privacy reasons..
missmatched password while pairing bluetooth devices means you have entered incorrect pass code.
usually the the device A you are searching with asked you to create a pass code when you are pairing device B. When connection is establishing, device B will ask you for the pass code you just created for pairing device A with device B. this pass code is different for each and everytime you connect to a device.
