Follow my steps:
Step1:Download Windows Password Reset from http://www.windowspasswordreset.net and install it.
Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB.
Step3:Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password.

Take the laptop to a local pc repairer to have the password reset, take your receipt / proof of purchase / ownership with you.
