Hi Kevmccree !!
Thank you for writing to the Fixya Forums.
This problem may have several causes:
A) Empty or almost empty ink tank(s)/ink cartridge
B) Ink tank is not seated properly
C) The printhead nozzles may be clogged
D) The printhead may need realignment
E) Printing on the wrong side of the media or the incorrect media type is selected in the printer Properties.
This is what it says on the Canon site for your printer:"Printhead alignment in Windows"
http://www.canon.co.uk/Support/System/Search.aspx?TcmUri=tcm:14-517379&Search=Canon%20i350%20Print%20Head%20Alignment&SearchType=3
Alternative Step: Go to Printers in the start menu or control panel, rightclick the appreopriate icon, and click Preferences. Now click Maintenance, and click head alignment.
I hope this solves the problem. Feel free to update me on the status.

Hey there. It doesn't seem to be any one of those problems. That red light flashes five times and then it goes yellow again. Is there any other advice you can give?
Regards
Kevin
