There is a rubber belt between the motor and the rotating cylinder.
If it is frayed, then part of the belt is hitting something during the "wash" cycle, and rubbing much faster during the "spin" cycle.
Replace the belt.

The drum inner bearing which holds the drum unit will be damaged kindly replace the bearing along with the washer to get rid of noise

Washer- you need a complete tub and bearring kit. this is a common problem for people who have well water. (also just happens) the rear yoke has become corroded and broken. its a costly repair.

dryer - you would need a new front slider seal. very simple to install.

Probably the belt.
Ck out this site for the belt and how to replace inspect it.
