I was updated my virus definitions and the phone was applying the definitions, it was taking more time therefore I restated the phone. Now the problem started as it is showing white screen with NOKIA written on it. Its not booting the phone.

I too have the same problem. When switching on white screen with 'nokia' written appears and stays in the same mode. Please let me know incase you have the solution at [email protected]/[email protected]
If you know how to hard restart the phone the problem can be solved. I took my phone to Nokia Care and they have done the same. But i don't know the code for the same.
Can anyone please let us know the code to hard restart the N70M.
A friend of mine asked for my phone number, it is not something i know from memory, he told me if i type in ##100# it would show up on screen. Ever since typing in the above i have not been able to turn on my phone. The only time it comes to life is when the batt' charger is plugged in and turned on. I have tried the 3finger but with no luck. The most i have had is 'Test Mode', but this went once the charger was removed; I have not been able to get it back since. I have downloaded the Nokia PC Suite with the hope it may help. Do you know of a way i could get my phone up and running again.
