The PUK code does not belong to the Phone, but to the SIM card.
PUK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call your phone service company, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.
An alternative is going to a local phone shop and having the unlock done for a small fee.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.

There aren't any codes available to unlock Sony Ericsson's. You can contact which network u are using and see if they are able to do it for you. With it being a new model though, they may require you to have the phone on their network for 3 months first before they unlock it.

There is no free code generator for the W910i. You would need to contact the original network operator for an unlock code (they may charge).
