Turn it on go feel the wiper. the gear that moves it mite have stripped. or the threads on the wiper arm. you should feel if its moving if not you need 2 change the wiper motor

does the wiper arms move free if so the linkage assembly has come apart you have to take the plastic part under the windshield off along with the wipers arms to have access to the linkagage ,if the arms ar hard to move possible motor damaged or fuse burnt do basic first check fuses then do the process of elimination ,motor ,linkage good luck
