I replaced the batteries with 4 fresh ones but there is a note in the cover that states"After battery replacement contact AC with battery(+) using tweezers.".
What is this ,where is it and how do i do it.

"AC" means All Clear. This terminal should be marked somehow. Use a magnifying glass to get a good look at what you are working on. My Casio had an arrow pointing to four copper leads. I used a paper clip to connect the AC terminal (I just picked one of the four) to the + side (usually the "up" side) for a couple seconds and my Casio Sea Pathfinder model 2273 powered right up.
