I recommend that you install a good anti - Virus application and scan your computer.
For the time being you can use Malwarebytes. It works good for these Trojans. Please install it and then scan the computer. It would be better if you scan the computer in safe mode.

Hi, Try to check-up control panel of your PC, I know your PC configured for automatic windows application update. also try to full scan(present anti-virus software) your PC system maybe same spyware, worms and virus inside on the operating system (OS) and other software desktop. Please see screen shot picture below.
The virtual memory is the Pagefile.sys in C:\
To defragment the pagefile, we first have to remove the pagefile, then defragment the machine, and finally recreate the pagefile. To do this, start by opening the System utility in Control Panel. (You may have to get there by clicking Performance and Maintenance from the Control Panel and then clicking System.) Then select the Advanced tab, click the Settings button under Performance, select the Advanced tab of Performance Options, and click Change to view your Virtual Memory settings:
Now select the No Paging File option and click Set. This will disable paging entirely and should also remove the pagefile (pagefile.sys) from the hard drive the next time you reboot your system.
If it doesn't do this, you can delete this file manually after rebooting. It's normally found in C:\
Reboot your machine, and when Windows comes up, use Disk Defragmenter to defragment the volume where your pagefile was previously (C: drive normally). Once your system is defragmented, open the Virtual Memory box again, and change the pagefile back to System Managed Size, OR set both the min and max to same size, 3 times your actual ram. This will help prevent the page file from becoming fragmented.
Then, reboot your machine again.
Note that one Gig is 1024 MB example: 3x1024=3072
If you find your pc still has issues, or the fragmentation gets worse, it likely you have malware or even virus on it that's creating the slowness issues. These should be cleaned out too.
Computers use the RAM of the computer to store the active programs, and perform other operating system functions. Obviously, there is a limit to how much RAM is available for this function. This is why Windows runs faster with more RAM installed.
Since Windows allows you to open multiple programs and switch between them, it is more efficient to "swap" inactive programs or parts of programs out of RAM, so a special disk files is created - "pagefile.sys".
Pagefile.sys is related to the "Virtual Memory" function of Windows.
You can see the pagefile setup by right clicking on My Computer, the go to Properties/Advanced/Performance/Advanced.
