2. Enter the serial number of the laptop.
3. Choose the Operating System under the webcam driver.

go to control panel then select programs and features, uninstall lenovo readycomm and restart pc. If you still have the same problem, uninstall the wireless driver in device manager and restart your computer. Restarting the computer would automatically install the driver that you removed earlier.
