Earlier in your Sony Viao laptop the drivers installed is for Windows 7 64bit version. Now you have installed the Windows7 32bit. You have to install all the drivers which are compatible with Windows7 32bit.

Please download the Windows XP drivers from the above link and install the drivers on Windows7 32bit.

Konica Minolta in Japan don't know when the 1390mf driver will be available. Still waiting also

Please download the vista compatible webcam driver from the following URL:

Note: please unzip the zip file after download and install the drivers from it.

Normally Windows7 do not need nay speacial drivers untill it asks for it. If you have Windows Vista driver, you can go ahead and install it. Windows7 should automatically recognize the driver. If you are still having any issues while using crystal webcam please let me know with the error code
