2) Run "Initial Setup" under the system blade.
3) Decline inserting HDD or memory unit when prompted.
4) Sync your controller and pop in a game.

Your console has fallen victim to a general hardware failure, where the main printed circuit board in the xbox over heats and flex's causing the CPU and the GPU to lift off the board. google red ring of death and there are heaps of manuals that explain how to fix and several kits available on E-bay. 3 Blinking red lights often means that your Xbox 360 has suffered from hardware failure.
