The TV only received High Def chanles. When switched to reg. chanels, there are green vertical lines and you can see the goast chanel behind the green lines. On pic in a pic setting the pic. chanel is clear but the green lines are in the regular chanel.

Do you have a converter box? You need a device called a "Digital To Analog" converter.

You may or may not have a real problem with the set, using a antenna of some sort for this or what?

why only one chanel was on .but b4 its ok many chanel captured then suddenly only one chanel now. how to fix this?

same thing happened to a tv i let my parents use.. They said it quit working and were gonna throw it out.When i went over there, and turned it on. i found that some one hit the video button on the remote, and the screen went black and there was no sound.. It was just a black screen.even though it was on.when i showed them, they just looked at each other, then blamed the grand kids.

it depends on what connection that you are using. usually if u r using a cable cord this problem will occur.

look in the menu an look for the v-chip

For the Dynex ZRC-102 remote control channel switching.

1. Press the MENU button and select SETUP.

2. Go down the list and select FAVORITE CHANNEL MODE and switch it to OFF.

The +/- CHANNEL buttons will then switch channels when pressed.

the tx/rx liight is green when your radio is recieving signals and turns red when you are sending signals. the ANT light is red when your SWR is too high (over 3)

1. turn the knob labeled swr cal all the way counter clockwise
2. set the rf swr cal switch to the CAL position
3 key up the mic and hold it while you rotate the swr cal knob until the needle reaches the swr cal postition
4. set the swr cal rf switch to the swr position
5. key up the mic while on chanel one (record the the number)
6. switch to chanel 40 key up the mic (record the number)
if the number on chanel one is lower than the number on chanel 40 then your antenna is too long.

Most Trinitrons use the menu button on the remote to set up funtions.Chanel Line Up, or set up chanels is under one of the funtions.Be advised that here in the US the switch to DTV requires that you have a DTV Tunner to receive over the air Broadcasts,Analog tuners no longer receive chanels(you need a converter box and anntena,Cable/Sat work fine.If this is an older model you need box.Try to get into menu,setup,chanels.Good Luck.
