After the fuser, problably near the exit rollers, there is going to be a switch/sensor, that has a problem. It could be hung up, out of position, ect, but you have a typical exit sensor problem.

Brother MFC 7420 - paper jams in fuser unit -

Its probably the pickup roller and/or separator pads. Another possibility is a tear in the fuser heat cover. IF you can manually rotate the fuser(when its cool) you can see if the fuser roller has any problems. Last thing is make sure its looking at the right paper size. Maybe reset all software settings and start over? If its looking for one size and seeing another, it may cry jam.

Konica 2300w jams paper on the fuser unit.

the lubrication for the fuser roller comes from the KM toner. There is usually a cleaning roller in the fuser as well that distributes some oil. Another thing that could cause the problem is non-recommended paper like heat transfer paper, inkjet photo paper or very thick paper. Make sure the fuser sperator teeth are still in place. Lift the two green levers and pull the black cover back. You should see three light brown teeth hovering above the fuser roller. There are some black ones on the guide as well. These are supposed to detatch the paper from the roller incase it sticks.

Ruppled printed paper cannot exit output tray

you need do follow steps:
1) check fuser unit, the fuser hot roller is hot or not? if not the fuser heater fail.
2) check hot roller should spin with the pressure roller which is against hot roller, and check there is no gap between them, and also nothing pieces paper obstruct there, because if it losts pressure balance that jam should be occured there.
3) check the output roller after fuser unit(if there is), check them are spin or not, this roller kit use for pull the paper goes out the tray. if not spin means the roller drive belt or gear loosen.
3) check paper sensor that is micro swtch around pulling roller or output area and to clean it (could be a optical sensor).
hope help you something fixed, please take a rating let me know how much helped you thanks! keep in touch your question

Paper jam in fuser

Sounds like a timing jam, check paper supply, fanned, good quality, check and clean paper feed rollers.
Registration rollers clean?

If you are a tech, check and clean paper feed clutches, registration clutch. Check fuser for bearings, fuser drive, fuser roller cleaner or worn rollers.
Check exit sensor, is it out of place, is the actuator worn out, is the paper curling and coming off of the paper too early,

Try these, hope it is of some help.

HP LASERJET 4 PAPER JAM 13

Rollers do not turn on!
Rollers are driven by a motor.
How is the printer telling you this information? (does the PC give an error, or the printer flash lights)

Does the paper make it out of the machine?

Is this "Rollers in the Back" the Fuser Unit?

is The Fuser unit is going bad,
if you open the back top cover, where it gets real hot, where the paper exit's, you should see two rollers, one orange, one either brown or black.. if that orange roller is damaged, has crease's, or covered with black toner, if the paper jams here alott, you probably need a new fuser unit. there is a pm kit available which includes the fuser and rollers, transfer, etc, which this site might have

Paper jam on back rollers

If it jams every time while printing only 1 page and stops just past the exit of the fuser unit, it is most likely that there is a problem with the paper exit sensor on the fuser unit. We have many of the 1700N printers and have seen several times that the paper exit sensor actuator arm gets broken off when removing a paper jam.

Error 13-jam paper HP Laser 4+

HP LaserJet 4, 4m, 4 Plus and 4m Plus Series Printers - False Error Message 13 PAPER JAM ISSUE: After clearing all jammed paper from the HP LaserJet 4, 4m, 4 Plus, or 4m Plus series printer, the display still reads 13 Paper Jam . Even after cycling the power off and then back on, the error remains. SOLUTION: Open the rear door of the printer. There is a paper sensor near the upper right hand corner of the fusing assembly (just below the right edge of the long yellow warning sticker on the fuser) that can cause paper jam error messages even when there is no jammed paper in the printer. Toggle the thin black plastic lever up and down to make sure it is not stuck or sticky. The lever should be in the down position before closing the back of the printer. If the lever is stuck or missing, the printer will generate a false paper jam message. Hope it will help you !

Printer/copier is spitting out pieces of thin plastic film/tan on one side and dark grey on the other. Paper is jamming and discoloration on one side of the sheets all the way down.

If it is clear thin plastic like saran wrap, then that is probably the fuser roller sleeve.
The only way to repair that is replacing the rollers or fuser unit.
That would be a cause for the jamming also.
Replacing the fuser unit or the fuser rollers will probably require a service technician to come in to replace these parts.
Most copier companies do not make the fuser unit customer replaceable except for a very few makes and models.
Sorry I couldnt give you some more information.
I hope this information still helped you a bit.
Good luck.

Paper Jam

1st, you need to find out exactly where the paper is getting stuck.
Is the paper stopping just as it gets to the rollers, or
stops when it goes through the rollers and are getting stuck on the little fuser claws?
If the paper is stopping right when it gets to the rollers, then there is a problem with the fuser drive or drive gears.
This you would probably need to place a service call to have repaired.
If the paper is getting stuck in the claws, then make sure that the claws are not stuck down. All claws should be up against the rollers, both upper and lower claws.
Sometimes they get stuck down or the spring gets knocked off.
Other than that, as long as both upper and lower fuser rollers are in good condition, paper should pass through.

If you have any other questions, feel free to repost.
Good luck.
