the software files of your player is corrupt and that's why its showing boot error.

The player needs to be flashed for the player to boot well again.

You could try Wondershare Video Converter Platinum which could convert videos to your mp3 player and trim your video files to convert your favorite movie clips.

go to windows media and plug in your device, then look through the files and find the one you want to delete.

There's actually another mode, MTP. Files in this mode won't show up in the other mode.

It does not dupport videos hence the problem only audio

I have a philips GoGear SA6045/37 and I delete my videos by first opening My Computer then going to Philips Gogear SA60XX then Internal Storage then I click on the Video folder and I delete the videos I need to delete (only videos are contained in this folder on my player so if yours is the same you should be safe).

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer

2. Open Windows Media Player

3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library

4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder

5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete

6. Left-click the song once to highlight it

7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

to delete videos u do the same thing as deleting pictures

plug back to computer and go to my computer and pull up files and simply delete the ones not wanted.
