I have Canon Pixma mp470 but I can no longer find the disk. I can get the printer part to work on my computer but I can't get the scanner to work?
I also have a mp470. Try this before the driver download. Click Start, click all programs, select Canon utilities, select mp navigator, click on mp navigator again. On my pc this opens a window where I can select Scan/import from the platen or from a memory card. If this does not work here is a link to Canon to get your drivers. Note: turn off and uninstall your MP470 before installing the new drivers. Select your operating system from the list and select your desired drivers.
