Getting error 0xd0620230. Could you help

I managed to track down some information that may be able to help you. Power off your printer, then press &hold buttons while powering on. If it doesnt reset then unplug it & press & hold buttons while plugging it in.
# & 3 Partial reset
# & 6 Semi full reset
# & 9 Full reset
A full reset will clear any stored information in th printer, speed dials ect. So always start with a partial reset and work your way up.
I hope this helps.

What is Error 2200 when I try to fax something?

Error 2200 is a scanner stall error.. there are a couple things for you to try to fix it:

Power off the AIO and remove the power supply(Power Cord) from the back of the unit.
Open the scanner cover. Check the scanner glass for cracks and the scanner casing for cracks. Close the scanner lid.
Open the top cover of the AIO.
Using the carrier belt, move the cartridge carrier to the middle of the unit.
Remove both cartridges, close the top cover, reinsert the power supply, and power the AIO on.
IF THE ERROR MESSAGE DID NOT COME BACK....
Power off the AIO and remove the power supply from the back of the unit.
Open the top cover of the AIO.
Using the carrier belt, move the cartridge carrier to the middle of the unit.
INSERT THE COLOR CARTRIDGE ONLY,
Close the top cover, reinsert the power supply, and power on the AIO.
IF THE ERROR MESSAGE RETURNS.. GET A DIFFERENT COLOR CARTRIDGE AND REPEAT THIS PROCESS....
IF THE ERROR MESSAGE IS GONE,
Power down as before, do all the same to get the carrier to the middle of the unit and RE-INSTALL THE BLACK CARTRIDGE.
Power back up as in previous steps...
NO ERROR? SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO..
ERROR?? TRY DIFFERENT BLACK
If after trying all of the above and the error message does not go away, you unit would need serviced (if it's under warranty, it's worth it; if not, you might want to replace it.)

Error Code problem

My mother's printer had a similar problem, I was able to find this solution on the HP site.

Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the printer, but leave the printer turned on.

Open the cover of the printer and remove the print cartridges.

Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display.

Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and wait for one minute.

Reconnect the power cord. If the printer does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.

Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges.

Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration page.

Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print a print job from the computer.

I hope this helps you too...

Hi,

It might be a hardware issue however u can try the following basic troubleshooting steps .

Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit . try to move teh carriage manually .

perform a reset as well .

1
Take out the cartridges from the unit .
2
Make sure the unit is connected to the wall jack directly without any surge protector.
3
Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit ( without turning off the unit ) .
4
Now press the # and 6 key together , while holding these keys down plug in the power cord back into the unit .
5
Do not release the keys after a few seconds u will find te hp logo or bars moving across the screen .wait while the unit turns off.
