Unfortunately the TAG web site does not have downloadable instructionsfor your model, so I can only suggest that you go to their site (www.tagheuer.com/the-brand/contacts-services/retailers/) --<copy this into your search engine and it will take you to the relevant section> and ask them for help. They claim to be helpful, so you may get all the information you need.

I don't know how to get the dials to work. what do they do? how they do it?

You can find the instructions on the Tag wed site (www.tagheuer.com), select "watches" then "Carrera"
then "man" and then the model of your watch.

On the right of the page is a small menu,select "user manual". (The laptimer model does not have any instructions but if this is the one you have, try the other models to give you an indication of the dial functions).

Looking for an owners manual for my Tag Heuer

Go to the TAG web site ( insert "www.tagheuer.com/the-collection/" into your search engine).

Select "Carrera"

Select "men" or "women" as appropriate.

Select the model of the Carrera you have.

On the right of the screen you will see a list of options, select "user manual"

Adjust the magnification to make the text readable.

push the crown in if it is in the adjust position .then shake the watch around the auto mechanism sould start the watch

Quickly change date on my Tag Carrera

When yoy pull out the crown you will notice there are two clicks. You have to pull out crown to the first click only and then adjust a date by turning the crown.
