The membrane in the key matrix breaks, cracks etc, and it will not work. Best work around is a USB Keyboard

Hello sir, hi!, most likely somebody spilled liquid on your keyboard, you have no choice but to trash it, buy a new keyboard.

Im trying to switch to an external monitor on my hp G60-235DX laptop. The laptop screen has been damaged and does not work. Is there an easy solution?

Try holding the 'fn' key and hitting f5 after the external monitor is connected.
This should toggle through the internal / external / both monitor selections.

Have a hp g60-120us. computer boots to bios and then begins to blink between main screen and help. Only tab visible is Main. When try to save, it comes back to bios and does the same thing again.

Possible you have a stuck key. Check the Del button, tap it and around it several times sharply, dont break it.. Maybe some crumbs in there? Sticky soda pop? Blow out under keys with a can of air. Also look at F10 and F2 and F12.
Good luck

Keyboard sound buttons dont work

I just bought an HP G60-230US so I am not sure if this will work for you but on my computer, you have to press the "fn" key along with whichever volume key you are trying to use.

I hope this helps!
