I would agree, try plugging the psp's memory card into a computer and delete it from the psp that way. you may need to buy a memory stick duo adaptor if you don't already have one.
If the psp still won't boot up after deleting the cheat engine file. plug the psp's memory card into a computer that has an adaptor for memory cards(you may need to buy a memory stick duo adaptor unless you already have one), and go to my computer, then right click the disc that it is, and then click format, then click start. You need wireless router for your usb adapter if you want to share your internet connection. Just an example if you have 2 laptop which dont have wireless adapters then you need 2 usb wireless adapters.

hello, cheats are code that are use to defeat computer when playing games. i.e only one player. but i dont have cheats for the games you mentioned.

go to device manager, see if there is a driver for the wireless adaptor...try disabling and enabling it...see if that works. if that doesnt, see if u got the wireless connection still wrking....bt sometimes kills the wireless connection, changing the channel helps in this case....

as far as i know there is no cheat beacause the headset is acting as the antenna of the radio and i think that there is no device right now for motorolla to access the radio without the headset
