I have a laptop Acer Aspire 7720Z with built-in a Crystal Eye. Until 1/2 year ago I could print out what was seen on the screen. Now I get a message saying: Can´t open.... Please help me Thor B. Rostad, Norway

If you want to print a copy of what's on the screen, press the key marked "Print Scrn" or "Print Screen". Although you won't see anything happen, this will put a copy of the screen into the Windows clipboard. Open the Paint program that can be found by going to Start - Programs - Accessories - Paint and select Edit - Paste. This will copy the desktop image from the clipboard into the program. Then Select File and Print.
If you prefer, you can also paste the picture from the clipboard into any paint-type program, or even Microsoft Word or a word processing program. It's a little bit of work, but when you need to save a copy of something on the screen, being able to print the screen can be invaluable.
Let me know if this helps,if not i will help you, cannot be here all day but will be back when i can.....good luck..........

how do I use the printscreen key feature?

Have the computer screen on the item you wish to "copy" then hit the Print Screen key, without copying anything else so that your picture stays on the clipboard (or "in the mouse") go to your picture editing program, ie. Windows Paint, Paint Shop Pro, IrfanView (a freee downloadable program) and click on "Edit" then "Paste" and then save the final product.
