This is a common problem with KVM switches. To isolate the problem, here's what you need to do:
1. First, connect the keyboard and mouse directly to the problem
computer to ensure that the keyboard and mouse works correctly while
being directly connected.
2. Swap the connection of two computers. If you're having a problem on
the computer that is connected to port 1 of the KVM, connect that
computer to port 2 of the switch or just swap the connection. If the
problem recur on port 1, then there's a problem with the keyboard and
mouse cable on port 1.
3. But if you're not able to duplicate the problem on port 1 or 2,
disconnect the KVM switch from the computers, leave it disconnected for
5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes, reconnect the KVM to the computers and reboot the computers.
5. If same problem occur, then contact the manufacturer of the KVM and have them RMA the device.
Thank you!
