TV has to have an ATSC tuner. Should find it in onscreen menu. Otherwise, you will need a converter box. About $50 at big box stores.

First of all, make sure all components are powered up and plugged in. Next, check that your tv is set to the correct input by pressing tv/video or input button on either the front of your tv or at your remote. Scroll through the inputs by continuously pressing the input button until the see the roku video displayed on your tv.

If you receive your TV signal ovr the air using rabbit ears or a rooftop antenna, yes you will ned a converted box. If you have cable or a satelite signal, no converter is needed.

Model has one NTSC RF and two NTSC composite inputs. It's compatible with analog Over The Air and non-scrambled analog cable broadcasts. After the US analog cutoff (currently scheduled for June 12) it WILL require a digital to analog converter to receive ATSC digital TV transmisions.

I could not find a "RCA model #27F350T", but there is a RCA model 27F530T, and according to the users manual for that TV, it is not Digital ready. You will need a converter box if you wish to continue receiving antenna based broadcasts. Your users manual can be found at the following link.

you need to split ant. signal then get a manual selector switch hook 1 wire to convertor input then the output& the other ant wire to the selector switch then from selector to tv

The remote control may only work for the cable box and you may have to manually put the TV on the correct input channel also you might double check that the cable to the TV is hooked to the antenna input. Here is the website for the manual TV if you think it might help.

I had this problem once before and it turned out to be the front keypad. Last time I tried to purchase one it was no longer available. Even when it was the wires going to it had to be reversed.

FLP stands for -- Front Lock Panel - I found it in a friends RCA TV manual. It is a lock you can place on the tv front panel buttons. When this is locked you can only use the remote. So once I knew that I went to RCA Service Center and ordered a new remote.. problem solved. So since your person couldn't even understand my problem, let alone solve it. I would like a refund please.
