Hi there and welcome at Fixya, the support team (lfete)

Please try to uninstall the real player and install it again.
Installing a program:
normally when you install a program, you simply double-click on the program file, and then a setup wizard comes up, follow the setup wizard through the installation process.
Uninstalling a program :
For uninstalling a program, simply go to Start- Control Panel- Add and Remove programs, and select the program you want to uninstall and follow the Wizard on the screen

Try with that first :O)

Hope it helps
IF NOT then try to return here

Have a nice time over there

How to get music files on your MP3 player

Sometimes,downloading is just not enough.
When this happens, with illegal or legal sites usually there will be a share feature when you right click. You can hit share and it will usually be assigned to the recently added tab on Windows Media Player (WMP)
from there you can add the songs by right clicking the ones and hitting "add to sync list".After that you can go the sync tab and plug in your MP3 or iPod player. The device you plug in should appear and then the sync button should now be pressable.

WHEN I PLUG IN MY PHILIPS GOGEAR PM3 2GB PLAYER IT TELL ME THAT ITS OKAY TO DISCONECT AND THATS ALL IT DOES !IT WONT TURN ON AND IT WONT POP UP THE BOX TO ADD MUSIC ... WHAT DO I DO ?

Heh.

When you plug in ANY MP3 player, it will show a general screen saying not to DC or that its charging. As for adding music, check your "My Computer" area, look for removable devices. And please, talk without caps lock on, it makes you look unprofessional, people will read it the same either way.

Hope this helps

I am having problems adding music to my sansa mp3 player i plug my mp3 player into the computer a pc and it doesnt come up as it being in the computer

Hi there!

I can understand your issue. When you say having difficulty in adding the music in your player and the device is hooked up. Did you check whether the device is detected in the computer or not.

If the device is detected then go ahead and open the windows media player and add the music into it.

NOTE : Make sure the device should be in MTP mode, inorder to get the device detected in computer..
Please revert for further clarification..

My new k3 mp3 player was charged for the first time on friday and I added two albums worth of files to it. The next day I went to add more music files a couple of which worked, they then began to fail and...

I pushed the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds then I recharged the device on a different computer. I have not yet tried downloading anymore files.

Oakley thump pro glasses wont charge

Check to make sure you are using the USB cable that came with them. Although other cables plug in they create the problem you have. I have had a similar experience.

You may have to install Musicmatch and add songs through the portable device menu. It worked for me. Good luck.

My philips gogear (6 GB) MP3 player is really messed up and i need help

Here's what happened: When you first synced your GoGear to Windows Media Player, you may have set up the automatic sync option. When this option is selected, Windows Media Player will add EVERY song, picture, etc from your Library on your computer to the GoGear. Now, every time you sync you device, it adds every new file from your computer into the GoGear automatically. It will even delete songs from your GoGear that were on there before.

Go into Windows Media Player 11 with your GoGear connected to the computer (it will automatically sync and add new files one last time), move the mouse cursor over to the sync tab; a small black arrow will appear under the word "Sync"; click on the small black arrow and a dropdown menu will appear; select "Portable media device" from the dropdown menu, and another dropdown menu will appear; select "Set Up sync"; a window will appear with some information on your device - uncheck the box that says "Sync this device automatically"; click Finish; This will eliminate the problem of Windows always adding songs/files you don't want into your player.
