IT STARTED OFF BY MY LAPTOP JUST TURNING ITSELF OFF AND NOW ALWAYS WANTING TO REBOOT. THEN THE NEXT AND FINAL PROBLEM WAS, I TURNED IT ON AND ALL I GOT WAS A BLACK SCREEN AND SOMETHING ABOUT NO PROGRAM FOUND? I DONT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS BUT I CANT REALLY AFFORD TO HAVE IT FIXED OR BUY A NEW ONE RIGHT NOW OR ANYONE EHO KNOWS THIS PROBLEM PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AND MAYBE I COULD JUST CHANGE SOMETHING OUT MYSELF. THANK YOU!

    What happens you you go onto safe mode? turn pc on, see bios post, then keep pressing f8 then go to safe mode ? let me know if goes to desktop in safe mode

-the first problem is over heating on the processor you need to clean the dust out of it

On shutting down my laptop it gave the message, "installing 1 of 1" do not turn off your computer. It did not turn off all night. I turned it off by using the on/off button then shut it down...

When you start your laptop, press F8. You will get a menu (Normal boot, Reboot...). Choose Last good known configuration (something like that).

You still need the reboot disk to restore you computer If you have a back up of all of your files the you can repair the windows . if you want a reboot disk contact the seller or manufacturer .

If your Usb port works, then the mobo is working, so possible graphics problem. Try booting up in safe mode(normally pressing F8) on boot up then highlight 'start windows in safe mode', to see if Windows will load with only minimal drivers, if so restart again, pressing F8 again, but this time highlight 'start windows with last known good configuration' Doing any of these 2 things can be done in any order, either last known good config first or safe mode.
