Can I download from internet a manual for Tag Caliber 16?

Try pulling out winder to time setting mode and press your chrono button until it advances to the 12 then push winder back in

Hi, Without specifing model and caliber, follow these rules. You need the Caliber number to get instructions. Most setting instructions are near the front of the manual, between pages 3-9. If you don't have the manual, Try this link:

Take the four-digit Calibre number from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.

Hi, Since Citizen does not list this caliber number on their site, try another caliber number close to your model, with the same features. Check the four digit Caliber number on the back of your watch, then go to the Citizen website :

You can download a PDF "Setting Instructions" manual for most of their caliber movements.  The directions are pretty comprehensive.

Hard to tell without knowing what model or caliber number (usually on back). Generally, if you pull the crown (winding knob) out all the way you can set the time. Push it ONE click in, you can set the date. Check with the manufacturers website for a book of instructions you can download.
