i hav moto l9. it cause lcd problem. i changed the lcd,but still lcd no working.

hav carbs overhauled and timing chain and valves inspected

if u already hav put d sim nd it still says insert sim u need not worry abt tat as u hav two options 1> get to ne local repairing centre(nokia care most recommended)
2>or get it formatted

plz insert ur memory card in nokia 6110(navigator) then format the memory card from nokia 6110.ur card will be unlocked

simply use the touch screen to position the cursor, its a bit fiddly but it works

from what I understand, you mentioned that your rokr memory slot has a problem and when you took it for repair they said there is nothing wrong with it?

what I recommend you is,

You can try another memory card to insert with your phone. if this doesn't work, then a software reset (which I think is not the issue), if the problem occurs, the problem is in the hardware (which in general is not repairable if it is the case). that will be the time to have a new phone.

Take out the card from the phone,
format the card in a computer.
Now it will work again.

More than likely you will need to reseat the lcd connector.

Worst case is you need to replace the lcd screen.

A new LCD screen runs about 15 dollars shipped from ebay.

The W580i LCD is easy, easy to replace. Probably one of the easiest I have ever done.
