Hi,
this is normal No-Ram. No-Beep.
The ram is all part of the bios analysis beep codes.
install memory, and setup the board to the manufacturers specification.
1 beep at post is normal on many bioses.

Dear Sir, my mother board d101 has been damaged can i use of p4sd m/b insted of that while i want all rest parts remain using i dont want change ram,SMPS, Proccesser etc.

fbhushan, the Intel D101GGC motherboard (Grand Country) supports;

1) Intel Pentium 4, Intel Celeron D, and Intel Pentium D processors that fit in an
> LGA 775 processor socket.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_775

The Processor has the socket holes, and the processor socket (LGA 775) has the pins.
775 socket holes, and 775 pins.

The Front Side Bus (FSB) can be either 533MegaHertz, or 800MHz.

2) Supports DDR Sdram ram memory at either 333MegaHertz or 400MHz.
(PC2700 and PC3200, respectively)

Will support Up To 2GB of ram memory.
Has two ram memory slots. The maximum amount for EACH slot is 1GB

3) The SMPS used for it has,
A) One 24-pin ATX main power cable

http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#atxmain24

B) One 4-pin ATX +12 Volt power cable,

http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#atx12v4

The Intel D101GGC motherboard has Four SATA headers (Connectors) on it, so I'm going to assume you are using a SATA harddrive.
This would mean the SMPS you are using should have at least one SATA power cable.

It should also have an assortment of 4-pin standard Peripheral power cables.
(Misnomered as 'Molex')

The Asus P4SD (Motherboard chipset Intel 865PE) supports;

1) Intel Pentium 4 and Intel Celeron processors that fit in a > Socket 478 processor socket

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_478

The Processor has the pins, and the processor socket has the socket holes.
478 pins, and 478 socket holes.

Your Processor will NOT work.

The Ram Memory WILL work.

The SMPS MAY work.

I state MAY because the Asus P4SD motherboard uses a 20-pin ATX main power cable.

If the last four pins of the 24-pin ATX main power cable that you have on your SMPS right now, Do Not remove, you can Carefully cut them off. Wrap them up, and out of the way.
If you need guidance on this I can help instruct you.

You need an IDE (PATA) harddrive, or a SATA adapter card to use a SATA harddrive.

So there you have it sir.

This mother board support dual core proccessor

This motherboard is built with the Intel 845 chipset and is socket 478. This particular motherboard will not support a dual core processor of any kind. This board will only support a standard socket 478 Pentium 4 processor at best. I do not know of any that will support anything better than a Pentium 4 2.8GHz processor with a 400MHz F.S.B.

Replacement for INTEL Desktop board D865GLC

I've found an Asus P4SD i865GV online:
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=ASUS-P4SD-NOAGP-R&cat=MBB

It seems to have the same CPU socket, FSB and RAM types, and the chipset is almost the same model. I'd say this would work.

If you can't get that, just make sure to get a motherboard with the following qualities:

Front side bus (FSB): 800, 533, and 400 MHz
RAM type: Dual Channel DDR 400 MHz (PC3200), 333 MHz (PC2700), and 266 MHz (PC2100).
CPU socket: 478

Intel ASUS P4 845 GL Motherboard

Hi, For an ASUS P4BGL-VM Intel 845GL Chipset Ultra ATA100 MATX CPU Type: Intel Pentium 4 478-Pin (OEM), the Asus site specifies max of 2 x 184-pin DIMM Sockets support max. 2GB PC2100 / PC1600 non-ECC DDR or SDRAM memory but not "and". Personally, I find it more practical to install 2 X 1Gb rather than a single 2Gb. Hope this gives you some idea. Kind regards.
