NEED HELP REPLACINT FILTERS

some baffles have a screw at the far end inside the drum. remove screw and push baffle to remove. If you dont have that type of baffle then you would have to open the top cover and tilt back. You will be able to see the screws that hold the baffles. some tops have screws in the back to remove top. Some have clips in the front that would need to be push in with a small spatula. Good luck. I dont know if your able to post pictures with your question, it would really help.

Not at all Patrick. Just keep in mind that you do want
some back pressure and not all out "straight pipes" of
course....so start small. I'd say roughly 3/8".
And since I don't know the length of your baffle, I can't say
how many to drill.-but I have done this for a friend that was in need of help and I created my own baffle for him and it turned out great.

But in your case ,-Hypothetically speaking Let's say the baffle was
12" long...I would drill 3/8" holes, straight through and alternate
meaning sideways...then the next straight down. And I would drill every 3 inches.

I'm Guessing your looking for a 'lil more power and performance
and if you do it right, you can also increase the fuel mileage.
Please let me know how everything turns out, and on top of that,
Don't be afraid to first Build an exact copy of your baffle so
you can interchange " creations " till you get what you're looking
for.
Remember...the more exhaust that can escape the cylinder,
will help Pull more air and fuel into the cylinder.

Hi there! If the filter is clogged this will cause the vacuum to lose suction and possibly shut-off. Below are instructions to checking and cleaning your filters.

1. Remove the dirt cup. Twist off the dirt cup lid.
2. Remove the filter cartridge from dirt cup.
3. Separate the foam and cartridge filters. Wash foam filter under running. Allow 24 hours to air dry outside the vacuum.
4. Tap the excess dirt out of Hepa filter. Hepa filter may also be washed. Allow 24 hours to air dry.
5. Check the secondary filter by removing the filter cover from base. Rinse the foam filter under running water until it runs clear. Allow 24 hours to air dry.
6. The red baffle tube inside of the dirt cup is apart of the filtration of the vacuum and needs to be cleaned as well. Twist out the baffle tube by turning 1/4 turn clockwise. Remove any hair or debris wrapped around baffle tube. Baffle tube can be rinsed if needed. Allow to dry thoroughly.

The filters that you should replace every the six months are the two pre/post filters (FQROPF). The membrane (FQROMF) needs to be replaced every 1 to 2 years. During the filter change, bacteria could be introduced, so it is recommended that you sanitize the tank while changing the filters. Here are the filters you need to replace:

I need to replace a baffle from inside my Elite HE3T. Do you have directions? Only 1 came off but when I order the new one apparently it only comes in 3, so show I replace the other 2 as well? (if I can figure out how)

Of course the part did not come with any! And Sears customer service is of no help and the technical people have not responded to me.

on top of the machine where the filter is there are 2 screws`remove.gently pry up on the top front of machine.it should pop up. rotate tub till your coin gets to the top .you should see the screws you need to remove .
