Chrysler T&C (2005) - Can anyone describe how to access, remove, and replace the bulb in the crescent-shaped reading lights at the front of the overhead console. The owner's manual says nothing, and there are no obvious clips, latches, screws, etc. to release.

Start at the front towards the winshield with a very small flat headed screwdriver. Getting under the lip of the light cover in the front pop the 2 front clip down in the front. Do Not do this on the seat side or you brake the clip that turn the light on/off. After poping the front down, side out towards winshield. The blub removes by turning counterclockwise. Blub is a 578

How do i get to my low beams on my chrysler 2005 sebring sedan i got to the high beams perfect but the low beams right next to it has a metal barrier surrounding it which makes it impossible

Unfortunately, the answer I have is not a happy one =(. My wife has a 2005. In order to replace the bulb you will have to pull the Crutons (plastic push pins) that hold the front bumber cover on, remove the Headlight housing & replace the bulb that way. Shame on Chrysler for making it so difficult, in my opinion. But I hope this helps you to change the bulb =)

On teh back of the headlight housing there is a interlocking bulb holder that your wires are attached to. Disconnect the wires, Unscrew the Bulb holder and replace old bilb with new one. Reassemble and reattach the wire socket.

its works in 2001 chrysler.. hope so it works in 2005 model also

rate it if it resolves your problem

How to remove/replace headlight bulb

I just replaced the bulb in the driver's side headlamp on my 2005 Scion xA without having to remove any screws, bolts or the grill. It's very simple, but it helps to have small hands. Just take the cover off the fuse box to allow more room for your hand. Reach in with your left hand and unplug the wiring assembly. Remove the rubber cover by using leatherman pliers. Squeeze the two sides of the spring clip together to release the bulb. Don't worry, the spring is hinged at the bottom, so you won't lose it. Take out old bulb & replace with new. Reverse steps, making sure you align the center hole of the rubber cover so that the three prongs of the bulb are protruding.
