have you typed any security code before you switched off your phone? try typing 1234 or 0000. if this works then follow this steps:
1. click menu 2. select settings 3. select security settings 4. go to change security code (it will ask you for your ask you for the code, type 1234 or 0000) 5. at enter new security code: (you must enter a code which you can remember easily) 6. at verifying your code: type again your code 7. security code changed

Hi, This is because you have set to ask for password when switched on. you can change this by Menu-> settings -> security settings and there set the 'PIN CODE REQUEST' to OFF. The default security code may be 0000 or 1111 I hope this solves your problem. Thanks
Try 0000 this is the default security code for nokia if this does not works then you can try 1111 if you put security code wrong for more than 3 times your mobile will ask for puk code. You can call your customer support for getting the puk code.
Only re-insatllation of firmware can help you. So,. get the firmware re-installed and never use codes in future. There are no master keys that can open any and all locks.
