A fuse could be blown or a circuit breakers has tripped. The delay start button or the control lock feature has been turned on.

blown fuse? power to the unit is on?

Locking controls
The Control Lock prevents unintended use of the washer. You
can also use the control lock feature to prevent unintended cycle
or option changes during a cycle. When CONTROL LOCKED is
lit, all buttons are disabled. You can lock the washer while it is
operating.

To lock the controls
Select and hold END OF CYCLE SIGNAL for 3 seconds.
The CONTROL LOCKED status light glows.

To unlock the controls
Select and hold END OF CYCLE SIGNAL for 3 seconds until the CONTROL LOCKED Status light turns off.

Had the same problem, removed the kick panel to find a set of instructions under the insulation, had to push a sequence of the panel buttons, its been running great for a couple of weeks now!

If nothing works, no water and no motor action, then it sounds like a door switch or door lock problem. Check to make sure door is properly shut and switch is operating.

check your owners manuel should tell you how to un lock controls wont be an obvious button as its a safety feature

Try 'end of cycle' pushed down till the light goes off. Or locate the button with diagram of 'lock', & push down till the light goes off.

The door switch is damaged and needs to be replaced.

have you tried pushing the button twice? That's what I have to do.
