Your glow coil is wron out , need to replace it, you may see it glowing in there but it isnt getting hot enough, usually you can switch out the broil one for a quick fix to get you outta truoble. easy do it yourself problem

you need to contact a plumber and get a larger gas line. also have the plumber check the gas pressure at the stove while all burners are on.

fryed switch or fryed burner
if smoke came from inside stove likely the burner is fryed
try setting oven to broil and see if it heats up
if it does replace lower burner

WHY WON'T MY OVEN HEAT UP?

Most modern gas ovens and many broilers use a "glow-bar" style of igniter that glows red-hot to ignite the gas. If the igniter doesn't reach the proper temperature, the gas valve won't open. You may need to replace the igniter.
