I have a 1995 ford econoline van with a wheelchair lift. I have a slightly slippery fluid leaking from the passenger side of the front of the van. It is amber in color. What do you think it could be?

Check your enging fluids could be brake fluid or power steering fluid. the wheelechair lift is most likley electric and does not require fluid of any kind

I have a 1995 e250 extended passenger van, my brakes went out and I found the source. There are three lines going into a box under the van, what is that box for and how do I replace the rusted line?

The box is just to distribute the fluid to all the brakes. Replacing lines means buying new ones and fitting them in the same positions. the brakes will then need bleeding. Maybe a job for the shop to be safe. What happened to the brakes, did they run out of fluid, if so you have a leak somewhere. Check all the wheels to see if any of the brake cylinder are leaking.
