http://www.nswcashregisters.com.au/free_download.html7-15 shows you how to reset the machine, which you may need to do. This will erase everything but should get you back in business.
First though make sure you have tried turning off the machine, unplugging it for a few seconds and then plugging back in/turning on. If that doesn't fix it then:
Power off the machine, then while holding down "C" and "7", power on the machine. This clears working memory.
If that doesn't work, power off, the hold "C" and "3" and power on. This clears working memory and report data.
Last resort is the same as above but press "C" and "9" keys while turning on. This clears everything.
