The F11 error code stands is a shorted keypad. I suggest performing a reset on your range and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least 5 minutes. If that does not work you may need to have a professional technician

Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire range is displaying an "F11" error code after a power outage. An "F11" error code stands for a shorted keypad. I would suggest performing a reset on your range and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. Your model number should be much longer than 790 30 Open drawers and doors to look for the whole model number around the frame.
With the whole model number you can get more information at Sears Parts Direct. There are parts diagrams and user manuals and you can order parts. http://www.searspartsdirect.com/
This site gives instructions for repairing F11 and recommends checking the temperature probe and tells how to do it.
When an "F" and a number appear in the display and the cooktop beeps you have a function error code.
Touch the CONTROL LOCK pad.
Disconnect power to the cooktop and then reconnect.
If an F-code appears again, call for service.
Call repair. They will know what the code is and can fix it. And if you are warranted, they'll do it free. Stoves are too complicated these days and they simply don't have to be. If you are hungry you want to cook and eat, not program some more. Please also look in your owners manual. I bet it will tell you what -F2 means.
