Assistant TV shuts itself off. TV will be on for an undertermined time and Red LED power light on front will flash then TV turns off. TV will turn back on either by remote or power button on set and the majority of the time will continue to shut itself off immediately after being turned on. If TV is left off for a long time TV will stay on for about an hour then start shutting itself off again.
TV is periodically switching itself off, at random intervals. When this happens the green light under the standby light comes on and flashes, as if the timer has been set. However, we have checked the timer and it is not set!an you help as the manual isn't very usefull for this problem.
I have the same problem with a 13 inch Toshiba purchased from Zellers and there was no manual or remote. I bought a univeresal remote but it doesn't work either. Basically I been wasting my time and money. I took it into repair shop; at the shop it was on for a few hours and they thought it was ok. But now it turns on and a vertical line across the middle is all I get. It's been this way since day 1 - not working. Why didn't i return it? The "LAMP" LED light indication still light up,after all the other LED lights indications turn off?The tv projection lamp is dead.Require a new tv projection lamp.
The front panel LED light indication "LAMP" flashes?Change the the tv projection lamp or LED lamp first,see what happen?Than go from there?Tvs with "LAMP" LED indication light flashes,tv 1 1/2 or 2 years old use like 4 or 5 hours a day.The projection or LED lamp or bulb,inside life span is over.Require changing LED lamp or projection bulb.
or a new lamp. you could first replace the lamp. the screen might work fine for a couple of seconds, but then it fades away or deteriorates. This means the lamp is going bad.
Symptom: All Front LED indicators are flashing in sequence: Power-->Temp-->Lamp-->Power......continuously Cause: Replace Lamp . This symptom may happen all the time or it may be intermittent. Hi to all, My 42" Panasonic plasma have the same problem. It turned itself off and now red light flashes 7 times, than after short pause 7 times again. And so on. Any ideas what is wrong??
capacitor problems in power supply or a regulater isolate the power suppley by disconecting the line output stage/unplug scan coils for example and run a 60w bulb as a dummy load one wire to earth and the other to rail voltage colecter of line output transister if the bulb glows steady the power supplys fine
