If you forgot the password the only way to fix is by do it yourself a hard reset but after doing hard reset all files will lost and if you phone has a google account you need to log in it to used all features.

install whatsapp on you pc and then put your number in where ther ask for the number

Use your old phone number to access Facebook, then in Facebook Settings > Mobile, change your phone number.

On the login page click on "forgot your password?" and follow the prompts to set up a new password. If not that then phone the number on the login page to get your account reset

Enable 2-PIN Verification in your Google.
You will need to add and verify your 2 mobile numbers or phone numbers.
After enabling the 2-PIN verification, everytime you login, a sms or phone call from google(as you want) will go to your mobile/phone number. By that way, even if hackers get your password, they won't be able to login.

First of all
Go to Paypal website and Login to your account
Once the page appears, click on profile
Under "Profile" you will see your details like "Name, Address Phone etc"
Infront of password on the right hand side it says "change"
Click on "change"
Select password
It will ask you few questions like "Full bank account number or Full credit card number"
Fill in your details and click on submit
Once you are done it will ask you to change your password.
Put the new password and press enter.

Your password is changed now.
Logout and login again with new password.
