I couldn't find any drivers available for Windows 7. However, you may be able to run it in 'Compatibility Mode'

See: How to run in compatibility mode Windows 7
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html

US-122 Windows Drivers: v. 3.40 Release Notes (download)
- v. 3.40 Windows Vista and XP Driver (download)
- v. 3.30 32 Bit Windows XP driver (download)
- v. 3.30 64 Bit Windows XP driver (download)

If this information was helpful, please give me a big thumbs-up when you rate my answer. Thanks!

1.I have this same issue and I have found no Windows 7 drivers yet for the midi interface I have.
There are none at this time unless they as I have been informed have developed them in the last month or so.
I have Windows XP professional also and I have a latency issue with this Operating system and the processor will not use the drivers for Windows XP mode. I have been told by the manufactuer to purchase a new updated unit to see it will be compatible with Windows 7
2. I suggest that you prepare a hard drive with Windows XP and install it in the new PC ( I am assuming that you have a duo core PC with 32 or 64 bit processor) which will if using a 64 bit will not work for a 32 bit device.
3. Check with the Tascam manufacture to see if the have upgrade the drivers for your Window 7 PC.

I know that in windows 8 drivers for us-122 do not exist but is there any way I can install them?

Try right clicking and using the Windows Compatibility mode on setup. Might say Troubleshooting mode. I forget right now.

What's your problem? get tascam us 122 working on windows 7

Hello you can try the vista driver from here:

http://tascam.com/product/us-122/downloads/

It will maybe not run in 64 bit.

Try to install the software in compatibility mode.

Here is a youtube video that shows how you do that:

I have a US 122 USB audio midi interface wich worked fine with windows 2000 now I have windows 7 and how can I make it work

Try the driver for Vista (including x64) from http://tascam.com/product/us-122//downloads/ . It's version 3.40. You may need to use the compatibility mode. Right click on the installer after you extract the contents of the .zip file. Then choose Properties and select the Compatibility tab. Check the box for Run this program in the compatibility mode and select an older OS version. Then click Apply and OK. Then right click again and choose Run as Administrator.

The other options is to use the Tascam US-122 with a computer with an older OS or upgrade to a Win7 compatible model. If you try an older version of Windows, you can use a second computer, a dual boot machine or a virtual computer. If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate or upgrade to one of them, you can create a virtual XP computer for free. Download and install Virtual PC and XP mode from Microsoft. Install them in order. Then install the XP software from the above site in the virtual computer and it will work. (Other virtual computer programs are Parallels and VMWare.) All of the other options will require a licensed version of the older Windows OS. Please note that the virtual computer can't share files directly with the main computer. You'll need to save files to external or removable media (optical media or flash drive, for example) to share them.

I hope this helps.

Cant find any drivers for vista 64 bit os

Most of the device and their driversare compatible with Windows Vista if they support XP.Still if the drive isn’t supported go to theofficial website of the hardware manufacturer and look for the drivers. Thesedrivers are generally free of cost.

You need a 64 bit driver for your sound card so that you can install it in windows vista 64 bit operating platform. Visit the product website and obtain the 64 bit version of its driver for windows vista.
