Have you cleaned your machine lately? They make an in wash boost- it gets rid of the extra suds built up inside the machine that you cant see but your machine detects it and causes faults such as that. Also, there is a small wire on the control board that may need replaced if it keeps kicking the error code.

Since the (CCU) has already been replaced, the failure is likely a loose harness connection or the (MCU). I recommend calling a service technician to check the connection.

F07 - Motor Control Unit (MCU) Error - Disconnect power and unplug unit. Check wire harness connections between drive motor and Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU). Reconnect power and plug unit in.
Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor, and check drive motor for powered rotations. Replace failed component.

Note: If this failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door will be unlocked after three minutes.

POSSIBLE COMMUNICATION PROBLEM BETWEEN MAIN AND MOTOR CONTROLLER

f06 is an error pertaining to the motor control board loacated behind the lower acess panel mounted in the left fron corner, first check for loose wire connection, sometimes alot of water/moisture will trip the control, remove and refit the wire harness leading to the control a few times and look for physiacal damage to board as well.

I had this same problem, an intermittent F06 fault.  The F06 code means a tachometer fault.  After some fault-finding, I did manage to fix it.  If this error code happens to you and you know a bit about electronics, try taking apart the timer and looking for dry joints between the main board and the perpendicularly-mounted microprocessor board. Over time vibration can cause the soldered joints between the two boards to crack and fail intermittently. 10 minutes to disassemble plus 2 minutes with a soldering iron could save you a $400 repair bill.
The service manual is available for download on the web if you google hard enough.  If you have a CRO available, the tacho waveform should be a nicely-formed sine wave with a frequency proportional to the RPM.
